You've heard the saying "You are what you eat", I have one "If I wouldn't put in my mouth, I won't put it on my skin".  We often forget that anything that goes on our skin gets absorbed into our bodies. Think of your skin as a huge mouth ;) I love to know what is in everything that I buy, especially if it goes in my mouth or on my skin.  I love all those yummy smelling body scrubs, but one they are usually expensive and two they contain harmful chemicals.

I have now embarked on making my own beauty products! Its amazing how simple they are to make and cost so little in comparison to store bought products! Are you ready to make your own body scrub?
